WLKR & WKFM Radio is hiring!
We are now accepting applications for an entry-level announcer and station operator.
Yes, some radio stations still have local announcers, and promote from within.
Duties include on-air announcing, operating the station during sports events and station broadcasts, and other duties as assigned. Shifts are generally evenings and weekends. Previous announcing or applicable experience is preferred.
